The Daewoo DD7098 cartridge is an external inline filter (i.e. tube goes in either end) which is usually located beside or behind the refrigerator itself. The cartridge is a simple 'plastic' tube, filled with granular activated carbon, which is a common type of design in the water filter industry. Whilst the Daewoo part is far from the most obscenely priced on the market, its still expensive to replace and most of our customers choose to utilise our GS10J compatible (originally designed for Samsung fridges, but equally suitable for Daewoo) which costs just £12.85 including UK delivery.
