The Frigidaire RC200 and RG100 cartridges are both identical in shape and dimensions, with one model being used prior to 2001 and the other being used post 2001. Regardless of the age of your fridge though the cartridges are -fully- interchangeable, so a compatible designed for one will always fit the other. The Frigidaire cartridges are a little unique in that the fridge has a 'sump bowl' inside, which has to be unscrewed so the cartridge can be placed 'inside' - Technology usually seen more in undersink filters than within fridges.
